Founder Message

Winnie Liw is the CEO and founder of WD TCM Natural Cosmetics and Kingdom of Esther (KOE). Both her companies alike, are an extension of her vision to help individuals and companies to find the balance between internal and external structure to harness the strength and reach desired potential.

In building an illustrious career in the Singapore finance industry for over a decade, Winnie now seeks to give back to the community with focused efforts in Asia by activating her far-reaching network to help new brands and budding entrepreneurs overcome ubiquitous challenges.

She brought over her extensive experience in strategy, leadership and management from her pioneering career and ventured into entrepreneurship 11 years ago to build White Dragon Group and Kingdom of Esther (KOE).

WD TCM Natural Cosmetics focuses on the art of healing and finding the delicate balance of he human body with all-natural Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). External beauty is a reflection of internal health and such, the brand has developed both Body Care and Skin Care range using only Chinese herbs and plant extracts in a patented formulation.

From its inception, Winnie has expanded WD TCM Natural Products from an e-commerce business based in the US to a global stage with trade fairs and showcase displays in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. She also oversees the entirety of the business operations ranging from product development to sales and distribution channels.

With the joint efforts from Winnie’s pre-qualified team of beauty partners, WD TCM Natural Products plans to launch their range of all natural skincare solutions globally.
