Jolene is a Singapore qualified lawyer whose practice includes corporate commercial law, intellectual property law, and personal data protection compliance. She graduated from the Singapore Management University and was called to the Singapore Bar.

Jolene is the Head of Corporate & Commercial, Data Protection, and Intellectual Property departments in her firm. She assists companies on their corporate structuring, shareholding and investment advice, corporate and commercial agreements, and provides corporate services.

Her clients are mostly based in Singapore and China, but have operations worldwide. Aside from the above, Jolene also handles matters in relation to payment services and blockchain technology, and provides advice to numerous MCSTs in relation to data protection and other matters.

Since 2014, Jolene has handled the personal data protection compliance for more than 80 local and international companies. She has provided training, conducted audits, and her main focus on the data protection compliance process is the addressing of legal queries, drafting of policies, review, and amendment of documents to bring the organisation closer to compliance.
