Having spent more than 10 years gaining experience in the field of mental health in the United States, London, Ireland and Singapore, Thiviyah has helped numerous clients heal by incorporating Mindfulness, Yoga, Meditation and Art in her therapeutic work.

Such experiences led to her creating Happy Days Collective, a holistic Mindfulness Space that focus on 3 core principles.: Mental Wellness, Creative Expression and Building Healthy Relationships.
